TIPS FOR YOU WHEN GO SWIMMING
Would you like to enjoy fresh air and play with green waves in hot weather, let's go swimming. But before coming to the beach, don't forget to bring some things that may be useful to you.
- Swimming suit
- Towel
- Sun cream( SPF over 30), especially for girls.
- Broad-brimmed hat, sun glasses: if you want to protect your smooth hair and your eyes from the sun.
- Swimming goggles: if you go swimming with your children, be sure that you have brought swimming goggles, your children will use it as well as you.
- Sandals : You shouldn't wear leather shoes or sport shoes.
- Collyrium, absorbent cotton: You will be itched when sinking into the water, so don't forget to bring it.
- Camera: if you have, remember to take it with your journey to record the happiest moment in your life, and reel film also.
- Fruit juices: You can save a lot of money if you prepare some drink before your journey.
AT THE BEACH
- Go with one or two other people, as many as possible.
- Don't go swimming if the temperature is under 18 o C.
- Do some small exercises before swim. The first swim is not over 15 minutes.

- Don't sun bathing too much before swim.

- Cramp, eyes jumbled.
